What we treat

At Gingko Integrative Medicine, we treat a variety of conditions, especially those related to hormones and the chapters in a women’s reproductive life. From menarche, though childbearing years, perimenopause and the menopausal transition, we use our understanding of endocrinology, both from a Chinese medicine model, and using tools of functional medicine, as an assay for a women’s overall well-being and vitality.

Over the course of our many years in practice, we’ve found the endocrine system is a central axis for one’s well being, whether seeking to build one’s family, or around seemingly unrelated issues, like achieving restorative sleep or proper digestion.

An innate passion to heal

"I have used Gingko Integrative Medicine for a variety of reasons all of which were handled with care, understanding and deep knowledge to remedy. I continue to visit Rachel at Gingko for her innate passion to heal, authentic interest in being of service and skill set ability, to help me in all areas I’ve seen her for. It has been a beautiful unfolding process and I’ve been honored to share my personal health journey with Rachel."

As specialists and fellows in Reproductive medicine, we have undertaken additional years of study and granted fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology for those efforts. In sharpening our tools for assessment and treatment, we provide individualized treatment plans applying acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrients, food-as-medicine and state of the art testing.

There is no greater honor than working with patients to meet their health objectives via both ancient tools of Chinese medicine and modern tools of Functional medicine. The heart of individualized patient care is this- meeting patients as clinicians and educators and together, drafting plans that take their goals and unique constitution into mind.
